Remember that being the healthiest and happiest version of yourself starts with a decision. You have to decide that you want to be healthy, that you want to make the time to take care of you, that you want to show yourself love. If you make your health and self-care a constant battle, you just might be at the losing end because you are only fighting yourself.
I also want to let you know how each day will work, starting tomorrow! In the morning, I’ll pop in with a daily self-love affirmation + gratitude practice for you!
