Burnt out. Exhausted. Ready for a beach vacation or a break-down or, maybe, both. Look, mama, I've been there. I get it. I've done the 1am googling of "is it normal for my newborn to ______." I've struggled through some days with only YouTube Kids as my sanity-saver, so I could sit in the bathroom for 5 minutes in silence. I've watched the clock and wished the day away ... and then beat myself up for it. So, if you're at the end of your rope and feeling the need for some inspiration, I want to share with you some of the books I've loved to lift my spirits, challenge my mindset, and offer hope on the hardest mama days. Hit up your local library or consider downloading and listening from Audible (then, you can listen while you drive, do laundry, or try not to lose your shit).
What books do you think are mama must-reads?
